Companies House Filing
If you are the Director of a Limited Company you need to complete a Confirmation Statement (CS01) to Companies House confirming information about the business.
A reminder is sent to the Registered Office to remind you of the statement date each year.
The statement includes:
- Details of the directors and company secretary
- What your company does - including its standard industrial classification (SIC) codes
- The type of company it is, eg private or public
- Registered company address
- The ‘single alternative inspection location’ (SAIL) - the address where records are kept if not at the registered address
- Statement of capital - if your company has shares
- Details of shareholders
